Rooftrim Price promise terms & conditions

  1. Cladding. Manufactured in our extrusion plants assuring quality, colour consistency and shape retention.
  2. Fascias and soffits. Fascias interlock at right angles to the soffits and support the gutters.
  3. Guttering and downpipes. Sleek, contemporary design available in rounded, ogee or angled profiles in white, black, grey or brown finish.
  4. Eaves Protection System. Design unique to Anglian. All-in-one rigid PVC system, includes a bird comb.
  5. Guttershield System. Exclusive to Anglian.
  6. Bargeboards. PVC and maintenance free, unlike wood. Available in white, grey, black and brown.
  7. Professional removal of hazardous materials such as asbestos. If the material is not asbestos or is asbestos cement, Anglian will remove it. If the material is asbestos Anglian will employ a specialist contractor who has been licensed by the HSE to remove it. All asbestos waste is disposed of in a safe manner in accordance with the Special Waste Regulations.
  8. Total rooftrim replacement giving you peace of mind. Rooftrim offers a range of high quality, durable PVC-U products. Anglian offer total replacement, we don't just mask over existing defects and old materials.
  9. Comprehensive 10 year guarantee. All Anglian work is carried out to the highest standard and is covered by a comprehensive 10 year guarantee. Guarantee is transferable to new homeowner.
  10. BBA approved. White fascia, soffit and bargeboards have been BBA tested and approved. Life expectancy of products is at least 20 years.
  11. Notification of lower prices must be received within 7 days of signing Anglian's contract. Claims must be received in writing and addressed to your sales representative. Photocopies of the competing offer and specification of the competing Rooftrim product must be enclosed with the claim.
  12. Anglian will only accept one such claim per customer per order.
  13. Anglian's decision on whether a competitor's Rooftrim matches the features offered by Anglian is final. No correspondence will be entered into on the topic.
